Our training offerings are designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of your personnel, thereby positioning themselves to better fulfill their job requirements, and improving your organization's productivity.
Systegral provides on–site classroom or e–Learning training to fulfill your company's educational needs.
Our training offerings generally have no prerequisites and can be given to all skill levels. Whether you have beginner, intermediate, or advanced skills, all personnel can benefit.
On–site training can be given to small groups, on a one–on–one basis, or as a presentation to a larger group. The course chosen and student skills will dictate the most effective delivery method.
e–Learning by nature is a self–paced design, giving you maximum flexibilty in time management.

SYS100 – Nortel Contact Centre Manager Administration (CCMA)
This on–site classroom course is comprised of a series of modules that focuses the training to specific functional areas. Through completion of a module or a combination of modules, an individual will obtain the knowledge they will need to successfully work with the Contact Centre Manager Administration (CCMA) product.
Designed for IT personnel, contact centre supervisors, contact centre analysts, and managers who need to understand some, or all of the elements of CCMA and how it configures the system for the processing of calls in the contact centre.
All courses offerings will include Module 1 – Contact Centre Overview as a minimum. Other modules may be added in any combination, subject to any prerequisites as listed in the module descriptions.
