Our Vision
It's really quite simple. To be progressive and forward thinking to provide you, the customer, the best products or services.
Anything and everything we do is designed to be the best, as that is what you deserve.
To accept anything less than that as a goal means you will never achieve the best, and that simply is not in our vocabulary. Being less than the best is a busy, crowded place. We like being above that crowd.
History
Systegral as it exists today began its life in 2002 as the idea brought to reality by its principal, T. Mark Collins, a Professional Engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario since 1986. Previously the name had been used by his father (also a Professional Engineer) who ran an engineering consulting company. The name Systegral comes from a breakdown of the words Systems and Integral, showing the synergy of the combination of the two words.
Systegral began its life as a telecommunications company based in Toronto, Canada. It operated two lines of business; Telecom Management Products (software); and Telecom Services (consulting and training).
Mr. Collins had been involved with the telecom industry since 1981. The majority of his work through the years had been based from Toronto, Canada (and surrounding area). However, the two years prior to the formation of Systegral were spent based in London, England. There he operated a consulting company (TMC Solutions, Inc.), and had telecom contract work that took him throughout the European Union.
Having extensive knowledge of call centre technology, pbxs, network management, toll fraud prevention, key systems, and general telecom issues, our product design, consulting services, and training focus was the telecom industry.
Throughout the year in 2009, we have been able to reflect on the accomplishments of the company since its inception, layer in the current market needs, analyze the anticipated needs of the market, and review our direction for the future. This has meant a shift in focus for the company. No longer will the primary market be the telecom industry, but rather be broadened to both other technology focused industries and the mass market of the general public.
Partly this has come about as our view of the telecom market in which we are able to make a difference has changed dramatically throughout the year, but also the recognition that the opportunities generally in industry, have changed for the better.
To be successful one must continually assess, adjust, and move forward. This change reflects that basic philosophy. We are excited by the new prospects that this shift in focus will deliver in 2010 and beyond.
